Is Cherry Pickers free to use?

Yes. Cherry Pickers is currently free to download and use.

Account & Login

How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap “Sign Up.” Enter the required information and follow the on-screen instructions.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile within the app and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently remove your account.

Reviews & Listings

How do I post a review?

Navigate to a property page and tap the option to add a rating or review. Enter your feedback and submit.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes. Go to your profile, locate your review, and select the edit or delete option.

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you see content that violates our guidelines, use the in-app reporting feature (if available) or contact us at support@caffeineinteractive.com.

Location & Permissions

Why does the app request location access?

Location access helps display properties near you and improve map functionality. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.

How do I disable notifications?

You can manage or disable push notifications in your device’s notification settings.

Technical Issues

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, ensuring you have the latest version installed, or restarting your device. If the issue continues, contact us at support@caffeineinteractive.com.
